QUESTION 1: What is a bill of rights? To whom is the bill of rights directed?

The Bill of Rights is the list of the most important rights of a citizen of a country. As such, this also protects these rights
from infringement from public officials and citizens as well. The Bill of Rights of the Philippine Constitution is directed to
all the citizens of the Philippines.

QUESTION 2: What is the nature and purpose of a bill of rights?

As mentioned earlier, a Bill of Rights of a Constitution is written and designed in order to indicate the rights of all the
citizens of the country. This contains their right on life, liberty, and property. This also contain other rights like privacy,
information, and many others. Not only this contains the citizens’ rights, but also impose protection from violators of
the law.
