ZOHO INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

Round 1:
 Quantitative Aptitude: Topics asked - Number System, Time and Work,
Permutations and Combinations, Pipes and cisterns.
 Technical MCQ: Topics asked - Arrays, pointers and sizeof (in C), Class
concepts (in C++).

Round 2: Programming Round (with video proctoring)

 Total Number of questions: 5
 No. Of Questions answered: 3 questions passing all the test cases and 1
question passing 40% of the test cases.
 Total Duration: 4 hours.
 After submitting the test, a technical person from ZOHO called and asked to
explain the code I wrote and I was also asked how I would have went about
the problem which I could not solve.
CHANCE 1
Round 3: Programming Round (In ZOHO meet in local machine using
screen share)
 Total Number of questions: 5
 No. Of Questions answered: 4
 There is no fixed time duration during this round.
 The Technical person will provide the question one by one. Only after
solving one question, the next question is given.
 The technical person asked to explain the code and then provided some new
constraints and asked to arrive at the solution.

Round 4: Technical + Personal HR Round (In ZOHO meet)

 Total Number of questions: 2
 No. Of Questions answered: 2
 Three personnel from ZOHO conducted the interview during this round.
  The questions were given one by one.
 I was instructed to only write a pseudo code for the given problems and
explain them.
 After the technical round, they asked few personal questions.
 Why Mechatronics to IT?
 Why not start a new venture involving Mechatronics?
 What do you know about ZOHO?
 What do you know about cloud?
 Any interest in higher studies?

I was offered an Internship at ZOHO after this round.

CHANCE 2
Round 1: Programming Round
 Similar to Round 3 during the 1st chance.
 Total Number of questions: 6
 No. Of Questions Answered: 5
 After the programming round, the technical person asked me a lot of puzzles.
(Puzzles involving Programming algorithms, mathematics, reasoning).
Round 2: Personal HR Round
 Introduce yourself.
 Why Mechatronics to IT?
 1 puzzle. (Reasoning type).
Round 3: Personal HR Round
 Why Mechatronics to IT?
 Why not a new venture?
 Any plans on higher studies? If no, why not?
 Any offers in other companies?
 What do you expect from ZOHO?
 How do you see yourself after 3 years in ZOHO? If that did not happen after
3 years what would you do?

After this round, my internship offer was converted into full-time offer.
