- The batch of 15/05 of the current year with the number of points converted from the use value of
products eligible for the program from 01/11 of the previous year to 30/04 of the current year.
- The batch of 15/11 of the current year with the number of points converted from the value of using products eligible
for the program from 01/05 to 31/10 of the current year.
PREFERENTIAL POLICIES ACCORDING TO LOYALTY CLASSIFICATION
1. Loyalty:
a) Offers from Eximbank's partners exclusively for Loyalty customers: Customers use incentives and
discounts from partners.
b) Incentives when using Eximbank products and services:
- Free domestic transfer on E-banking channel.
- Free of charge scientific and technological services at the transaction counter (according to the
appendix posted on the website: eximbank.com.vn).
- Free annual fee, international credit card and debit card issuance fee: first year.
- Free E-Banking and SMS banking services.
- Free cash withdrawals at Eximbank ATMs for V-TOP cards (5 times/month).
c) Service incentives: Customers are given priority service at the counter, no need to dial order
numbers when coming to transact.
d) Customer appreciation conference: Eximbank will organize an annual or semi-annual customer
conference to express gratitude to Loyalty customers

discounts from partners.
