CLASSIFICATION AND BENEFITS OF EXIMBANK LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP

1. Conditions and methods of classification:

a) According to accumulated points: Customer loyalty classification will be based on the
number of accumulated points of customers in the ranking period::

- STANDARD: From 0 to 199 points

- MEMBER: From 200 đến 999 points
- LOYALTY: From 1.000 points.

b/ Special cases:

- Individual customers are representatives of Eximbank's DIAMOND and GOLD preferential

corporate customers: MEMBER

2. Classification period: Eximbank will classify Loyalty customers in 2 installments in the

following year every 06 months:

- The batch of 15/05 of the current year with the number of points converted from the use value of
products eligible for the program from 01/11 of the previous year to 30/04 of the current year.
- The batch of 15/11 of the current year with the number of points converted from the value of using products eligible
for the program from 01/05 to 31/10 of the current year.
 PREFERENTIAL POLICIES ACCORDING TO LOYALTY CLASSIFICATION
1. Loyalty:

a) Offers from Eximbank's partners exclusively for Loyalty customers: Customers use incentives and
discounts from partners.
b) Incentives when using Eximbank products and services:
- Free domestic transfer on E-banking channel.
- Free of charge scientific and technological services at the transaction counter (according to the
appendix posted on the website: eximbank.com.vn).
- Free annual fee, international credit card and debit card issuance fee: first year.
- Free E-Banking and SMS banking services.
- Free cash withdrawals at Eximbank ATMs for V-TOP cards (5 times/month).

c) Service incentives: Customers are given priority service at the counter, no need to dial order
numbers when coming to transact.
d) Customer appreciation conference: Eximbank will organize an annual or semi-annual customer
conference to express gratitude to Loyalty customers
2. Member

a) Offers from Eximbank's partners exclusively for Loyalty customers: Customers use incentives and
discounts from partners.

b) Incentives when using Eximbank products and services:

- Free domestic transfer on E-banking channel.
- Free annual fee, international credit card and debit card issuance fee: first year.
- Free E-Banking service.
- Free COMBO package (related to payment account) for Member class customers.
