Respected Ma`am,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally resign from my positions as a Sports
Teacher and ICT Teacher at Lahore Grammar School, Pine Avenue Branch, effective two weeks
from today, my Last Working Day will be March 30, 2024. This decision was not made lightly,
but after careful consideration, I believe it is the right step for my personal and professional
growth.
I want to express my deepest gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of the Lahore Grammar
School community since my joining date on August 26, 2023. Working here has been a
rewarding experience, and I am proud of what we have accomplished together in nurturing and
educating our students in both sports and information and communications technology. I have
learned a great deal, grown professionally, and felt genuinely supported by both my colleagues
and the administration throughout my tenure.
During my remaining time, I am fully committed to ensuring a smooth transition. I am more than
willing to assist in whatever is necessary to facilitate this process, including helping to find and
train my replacement or managing the completion of any pending projects.
Additionally, I kindly request an experience letter detailing my tenure and roles as a Sports
Teacher and ICT Teacher at Lahore Grammar School. This document will be invaluable to me as
I move forward in my career.
Thank you once again for the opportunity and trust bestowed upon me during my time at Lahore
Grammar School, Pine Avenue Branch. I carry forward the values and skills I have gained here
and hope to make you proud of my future endeavors.
