Several people have asked where did you get your data and disagreed about the

brands I have listed as being that high of a majority. This post wasn't meant to
favor any brand over another- just a little research on what drives your purchase
decisions. Most countries do not have local or municipal LE agencies so I looked at
federal and state LE agencies around the world where the data was available and
then accounted for size. The list is below. Certainly that's not everyone - but
