Dear Madam/Sir,

My name is Dájána Gyukin, and I am writing to apply for the position of "Secretary or
Service Assistant" posted on Profession.hu on 6 March, 2024.
My educational background is in teaching. Through my experience in teaching, I have
developed excellent communication skills and proficiency in teamwork. I truly believe that
these abilities are crucial for the position, especially in a company where effective
communication, and teamwork are essential for successful operations.
After reviewing the requirements for the position, I know that - while my background
primarily lies in teaching - I lack direct experience in back office assistance. However, I am
confident that my transferable skills, such as my strong communication abilities, proficiency
in multitasking, and dedication to providing excellent service, make me well-suited for the
role that you have described. I am eager to apply my expertise in all the desired fields,
resolving issues efficiently, contributing to the success of your team.
Additionally, I am committed to quickly adapting to new environments and responsibilities,
ensuring that I can quickly become an asset to your department or firm.
I speak two foreign languages - Serbian and English - at a high level. I consider myself to be
precise, reliable, friendly, and cheerful. These values and skills align excellently with the
expectations for the role. Over my extensive 25-year teaching experience, I have learned how
to interact with people, and I have demonstrated proficiency in organising, conflict resolution,
and my creativity always drives me to explore and learn new things. I am a quick learner and
proficient in various computer applications, which have always been my strengths and have
contributed to the enjoyable teaching experience for my students.
Attached to this cover letter, you will find my resume. I hope you consider me suitable
for a personal interview.

Looking forward to your positive response!

Best regards,
Dájána Gyukin
