act.
CO 3 This paper focuses on various aspect of management of labour relation and dispute settlement
bodies and techniques.
CO 4 The students would learn about the importance of the consolidation and firmness of the Labour Laws and
Legislations.
CO 5 Students should be able to possess a thorough understanding of the Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act,
Trade Union Act etc.

CO 6 Develops a understanding regarding of Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining.
