About The Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full stack Engineer with a strong focus on
backend development to join our team. As a Full stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role
in designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure for our application.
You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure a seamless integration
between the frontend and backend components, creating a robust and scalable platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work on the development of the product assuring good code quality and sensible
architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support the functionality of our
application using TpyeScript and Next.js
• Optimize the performance and scalability of back-end services to handle a growing
user base.
• Work with MongoDB and Mongoose ODM databases to develop and maintain data
models that support the educational and social networking features of the platform.
• Contribute to the development of real-time and interactive learning tools.
• Collaborate on the integration of AWS services for hosting, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide constructive feedback to
team members.
• Assist in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting back-end issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously
improve our software architecture.
• Take ownership to provide insights and feedback adding to the success of the digital
platform
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Full stack developer with a strong focus on backend
development.
2. Solid proficiency in TypeScript
3. Experience with RESTful API design and development.
4. Basic understanding of data modeling, query languages, and data structures.
5. Strong knowledge of MongoDB
6. Familiarity with frontend technologies, specifically ReactJS
7. Experience with version control systems, such as Git is a must
8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills
10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
11. Dedication to put efforts in a dynamic startup building from scratch environment and
take on new challenges

Nice-to-have:
• Some knowledge or work experience with graph databases is a plus.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with cloud services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working projects are a big plus.
