ALOKA ProSound C3 and


Terason T3000 repair policy
Dear ALOKA members,

We would like to inform you about the new Service – Level we can offer
from now on.
With the manufacture of the ProSound C3 and the Terason T3000 we
have developed a new repair policy for our Territory.
From now on we will do all needed repairs of ProSound C3 and Terason
T3000 in our ALOKA EUROPE Technical Center in Germany. We have
done an investment to support your business in the best way.

We have significant increased our spare part warehouse. We have full


access to Apple spare parts and we have several loaner units to bridge
the repair time. Of course the repair time should be reduced in the future.

The technical staff at ATC is fully trained and can answer all your support
request.
