The term "agency policy" refers to the methods or principles by which social workers and
societies must conduct themselves to achieve agency goals such as security, education, and
health well-being. At my practicum, I came across an agency manual, one of the first documents

scope, and responsibility. The management responsibility outlines all of the roles and
responsibilities of the agency's employees and stakeholders. You will find the mission, vision,

to ensure the confidentiality of social workers. The agency should put a policy in place to protect
