Dear CEO and Directors,


I hope this message finds you well. As we continue our efforts to enhance the efficiency and
effectiveness of our organization, I wish to address a pressing concern: absenteeism and turnover
rates within our company. These factors not only impact our productivity but also affect employee
morale and the overall success of our endeavors. To tackle this issue head-on, I propose several
strategic initiatives aimed at addressing the root causes of absenteeism and turnover.
It is important to conduct a comprehensive review of our current salary structure to ensure that it

average will attract and retain top talent. We should enhance our benefits package to include a

being of our employees but also serves as a valuable retention tool. Hence evaluating and
restructuring job roles and responsibilities to better align with the evolving needs of our

advancement, we can increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Implementing these strategies requires careful planning and coordination across all departments. I
am confident that by prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of our employees, we can
effectively reduce absenteeism and turnover, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of
Real-time Solutions Ltd. We believe as a team, the company will move across this crisis smoothly.
The policy is effective from April 15, 2024. All department and projects leads shall be reaching
