ADULT ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVE DISORDER (ADHD)

The patient is currently experiencing a moderate depressive disorder that affects his everyday
activities. The patient also has difficulties focusing, fails to pay close attention to details, makes careless
mistakes, and at times gets very irritable. There are frequent unintentional injuries due to his impulsive
behavior, and he seems to be unaware of danger or the relationship between cause and effect. It is evident
that these symptoms have been going on since his childhood, but the family has been reluctant to consult
a medical healthcare professional.

TREATMENT:

The patient was advised to conduct cognitive-behavioral therapy and continue all medications
prescribed to him.
