*Before you begin, please check out the following 'Home Workout Safety Tips':
1) Safe Environment - Ensure that you have enough safe space for exercise.
2) Proper Attire - Ensure that you are wearing suitable clothes and shoes.
3) Do Not Exercise When You Are Unwell - Stop exercising or rest when you are
tired or do not feel well.
4) Drink Plenty Of Water - Drink before, during and after exercise.
Students will:
1. Watch the P4 Dance "Maple Leaf Rag" (MLR)
2. Learn & practise the dance steps of MLR (MP3 sound file included)
3. Watch an example of "Modification to MLR Dance"
4. Design & practise their own Modification to ANY 1 (One) of the 5 steps.
5. Perform a self-evaluation and submit a video of their final product in (4)
above.
