PTA ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Project 1: Math Park (Partially Completed)
The Math Park project was initiated to enhance students' mathematical learning experiences by creating
an interactive outdoor space dedicated to mathematical concepts and activities. While the project is
partially completed, significant progress has been made. Key accomplishments include:

Conceptualization and Planning: Extensive planning and concept development were undertaken,
aligning the park's features with the curriculum to ensure an enriching and educational experience for
students.

Fundraising and Resource Mobilization: Successful fundraising efforts were made within the school
community, generating a portion of the required funds for the project.

Design and Construction: The preliminary designs and construction of selected components of the Math
Park have been completed, providing a glimpse of the final envisioned space.

Project 2: Printing of Posters in the Reading Hub

The Printing of Posters for the Reading Hub was aimed at enhancing the learning environment within
the school's reading facility. The accomplishment of this project includes:

Design and Content Creation: Engaging and informative posters were designed, incorporating visual aids
and informative content to foster a culture of reading among students.

Printing and Display: The designed posters were printed in high quality and strategically displayed within
the Reading Hub, attracting students' attention and encouraging them to explore different genres and
books.

Project 3: Expenses for the Division and Regional Schools Press Conference
The project involved managing the expenses associated with participating in the Division and Regional
Schools Press Conference. The accomplishments and financial report for this project are outlined below:

Budget Allocation and Planning: A comprehensive budget was meticulously planned to cover
registration fees, transportation, accommodation, meals, and any other incidental expenses for the
participants.
