1 Wedding Planner Contract

Contract AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract is made and executed in the City of Baguio by and between:

JOEMAR NARRA FLORES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of 2231
Pantal St., Dagupan City, Philippines hereinafter called the PLANNER/CONSULTANT;
-and-

FHYNN P. SAN JOSE, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with office address at C-206,
Lopez Building, Session Road, Baguio City, Philippines, hereinafter called the CLIENT;

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, MR. FLORES is a Professional Wedding Consultant; Wedding Day

Coordinator; Stylist; and Makeup artist;

WHEREAS, the client has engaged his professional help for her wedding day on
April 19, 2024 at Baguio City;

That both parties agreed for the following services to be offered and rendered by
the Planner/Consultant:

a. Consultations during reasonable hours only via telephone, text messages,

messenger, or email;
b. Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design;
c. Visiting both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding;
d. Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted
services and bridal party (Follow up telephone calls to all contracted pro1 – 2
weeks before wedding day)
e. Wedding Venue Styling (full set-up decoration; table and chairs; and four (4)
pieces photo standee)
f. Event Host/Emcee
g. Wedding Coordination (On-site coordination and supervision at the
ceremony site and during the reception of the wedding and during pre-
nuptial shoot)
h. Flower bouquet for bride and groom and the whole entourage
i. Gown and suit for pre-nuptial shoot; and,
j. Accessories as needed

WHEREAS, for the above-mentioned services, the parties agreed for a contract price
of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 50, 000.00) to paid in two equal installments. Fifty
percent (50%) downpayment is required before or after the signing of this contract and
the rest shall be paid during the event itself;

WHEREAS, payments to third party service providers (those that are not included
in the package) shall be directly to the service providers and not to the
Planner/Coordinator. The Planner is not liable for any action of said third party and
cannot guarantee any service provider’s performance or product;

WHEREAS, the client has the following responsibilities and obligations:

a. The actual selections of service providers not included in the chosen package;

b. Payment to said third party providers;

c. Provide the consultant all contact names, telephone numbers and any scheduled
timetables for all service providers involved in the wedding ceremony/reception
no later than 14 days prior to the wedding or upon the signing of this letter;

d. Notify the Planner of any changes in a timely manner and he shall not be held
liable for any changes made by the client or your selected service providers; and,

e. To allow the planner to use his professional judgment when taking action in
regard to changes, weather, tardiness, non-performance, etc. based on the
situation and time limitations.

WHEREAS, this agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the

services required by this contract agreement;

WHEREAS, in CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS refunds are LIMITED to

unearned fees and out-of-pocket expenses. That when the cancellation is due to “Acts
of God”, such as a fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity, or for a just and
valid reason caused by Coordinator/Planner, a refund of payment shall be allowed.

WHEREAS, in case of cancellation less than seven [7] days before the wedding, (for
any reason) except for the death of a member of the client’s immediate family – there
will be no refund;

WHEREAS, the failure of the other parties to fulfill his or her obligation under this
agreement will make this instrument evidence to the subsequent filling of criminal or
civil case, whichever is necessary for the collection of one’s share or enforcement of a
right; and,

WHEREAS, the failure of either Party to enforce any provision of this Agreement
shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that Party's right to subsequently
enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

That all notarial expenses for the document shall be borne by the LESSEE.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for Baguio City, appeared the parties with their
proof of identification indicated below their names, known to me to be the same
persons who executed the foregoing and acknowledged to me that the same is their
