Sub: -Repair of existing Old Deep Pit for the maintenance of SPARMV/RPH
Under Carriage and Transmission System in the Loco Line No. 2 BWN End
and proposal for new deep pit in ART Loco Line No. 3.

As desired by CMPE/KKK,CME/planning/KKK, Sr. DSO/HWH& Sr. DME(P)/HWH

one pit is require for regular checking and repairing of under carriage parts of
SPARMV/RPH.
One pit is already available in loco line no-02 at RPH/LOCO but the pit condition is not
fit for use &water stuck in the pit. So there is obstruction in doing maintenance work.
And proposal for new deep pit for Under carriage maintenance of ART in Loco Line
No.03 as per Sr.DME(P)/HWH.

Sub: -Covering of opening portion of crane shed and inside plaster of ceiling of TLI
Store room and Construction of pathway at LOCO /RPH.(Reminder-1 on 16.05.23).

Ref: BO’s inspection of ART/SPARMV/140T Crane on 13.04.2023 at RPH.

As desired by PCME/KKK, CME/planning/KKK and BO’s/HWH point out during

their inspection on dated 13.04.2023 for the following items
1. Opening portion of vertical shed of 140T BD Crane shed to be covered by fibres sheet
in place metal sheet due to earthing current problem.
2. Inside plaster of the ceiling of the TLI store room beside loco office is found in bad
look and needs repair.
3. Construction of pathway is in progress from up fuelling point to ART/SPARMV and
140 T BD Crane needs to be expedited.
