The interview was conducted with the Educational Psychologist, one of the members of
the
Educational guidance. It was carried out online.

Andrea: What is your position within the school?

Mayra: Her name is OE, Educational Counselor.
Andrea: How many years have you been working there?
Mayra: Fourteen years old.
Andrea: How old are you?
Mayra: Thirty-six years.
Andrea: What is your background?
Mayra: I'm an educational psychologist.
Andrea: Where did you study educational psychology?
Mayra: I studied at AIEP in Santiago, and I also took some online courses to improve
my skills.
Andrea: In what year did you graduate from your training in Educational Psychology?
Mayra: I started very young. By 2002 I was already working.
Andrea: Briefly describe your work experience in different areas.
Mayra: I only worked in secondary school, I only worked very little time in primary
school, so I can't tell you anything about the other levels. I can only tell you about high
school because that's where I work. Our role is to accompany the student's process. We
are not an Integrative Master, but we accompany. If the boy has any difficulty, we look at
it, we see... I also can't diagnose or treat the boy. I accompany you in your orientation.
