We will be timeboxing the resolution of
URGENT tickets to 1 hour per issue else
we will be escalating it to the proper
channel

PROPER ESCALATION PROCEDURE
A proper system where whoever is
assigned during the skeletal can quickly
determine the next steps within an
agreed upon timeframe.
Identify risk issues that may arise during
the skeletal then identify the most fit as
the buddy for escalation.
