GENERAL
When picking up conversation with a fan that has a previous conversation history, it is
your responsibility to scroll up and briefly familiarize yourself with the last few messages
to respond as natural as possible. WE ARE NOT BOTS, keep that in mind when chatting
with the fans. Failure to do so may get the model reported and the DMer terminated.
When starting your shift, scan the messages for tips or complains given in the previous
shift and answer them.
DO NOT USE COPY/PASTE MESSAGES AS YOUR FIRST COMMUNICATION WITH THE FAN.
Instead, we should say “hi”, “thank you”, “how are you?”, etc. You need to show
excitement and gratefulness to the fan. This creates a bond, a loyal fan base and
repeating tips 🤑.
You have to stay on top of your game and don’t let your inbox get flooded. The accounts
will be actively observed during all shifts.
If a shift is slow (less than $100 per hour), you need to notify management in the
WhatsApp group. Do not wait until the end of the shift to notify it.
If during your shift a fan complains, insults, becomes accusatory or makes unreasonable
requests, copy and paste their chat link in the WhatsApp group and alert management.
If you ran out of new messages and your mass message is still being sent, text the online
fans, it’s a great way of making money.
You need to have a VPN on while working in a model’s page, set to USA at all times.
We have a bare minimum of $375 per shift. You need to get that goal to start making
commission!
TEAM COORDINATION
Anything that happens during a DMer’s shift worth knowing should be reported as a
note to other DMers at the time of check out in the group. Examples: Important fan
details, music type, specific things the fan tells that are important to them.
Each time a fan is rated, sexted or has spent a certain amount, add note to the name.

All teams should coordinate common things they call fans per model. Daddy, papi, babe,
baby, my love, papichulo, etc. This is so each DM team sounds like one person.
A custom is a personalized video or set of pictures the model makes for a fan, they are
expensive and takes a couple of days to make. Not all models do customs, ask your
manager if the model you’re working with does.
All customs must be sent for approval to management via team chat PRIOR to sale. Copy
the custom request in the chat and wait for instructions.
Customs have 1 week estimated delivery time, this has to be made clear to the fan
PRIOR to sale.
Customs can’t be used for the fan’s promotional purposes, such as customs with a fan’s
music or company logo. Generally, the model will not want to do more than basic video
or picture, please keep that in mind when engaging with the fan.

The following fan requests/interactions are STRICTLY prohibited for all models. DO NOT
STIMULATE CONVERSATIONS RELATED TO:
Facetime/phone calls
In person meet ups (this is prostitution and it’s against Onlyfans)
Any type of violence (sexual abuse, racial slurs, homophobic slurs, gender abuse, etc.)
Incest
Breastfeeding
Urination/defecation
Drug, alcohol or guns
External payments (such as PayPal, Zelle)
Chat in another social platform
SHIFT 101 – STEPS TO FOLLOW
7. Send a MM every 30-45 min, keep in mind that sometimes the page is very slow and
you’ll have to schedule them in advance.
8. Each time a MM is sent, remember to unsend the previous one.
9. You need to answer FAST but also interact properly with your fans.
10. Keep interactions FUN and EXCITING, ask dirty questions! Always make them horny
before you try to ask for any tip $! If you achieve this, they will pay 😈💵
11. If during your shift you’re making less than $100 per hour, report slow shift.
12. If during your shift you encounter any problems, ask your team members or
management for assistance.
13. At the end of your shift, take a screenshot of your first and last transactions, add your
total (we have an online calculator for this part) and tag the accounting team.
14. Check out and alert your team members of any relevant event that happen during your
shift.

MASS MESSAGES
The mass message has to be a short but eye-catching message that gets the fan’s attention.
Always use questions. Here are some examples:
COCK RATES
Cock rates are a great way to make tips, every fan will be sending you a cock pick and you
charge for a “personalized” video. Don’t ask for the tip on the first message, try engaging with
the fan first.
You need to know what they would like to receive before you send them these videos. Some
fans LOVE being humiliated even if they have average penises.
Try to be mysterious. Don’t show too much excitement when they send you these pictures right
away. You need to convince them they WANT that personalized video talking about their dicks.
If you let them know you love the picture before offering the video you’re about the sell them,
they just won’t tip you. Don’t give it away too easily. For example:

SEXTING
Sexting is the core of the DMer’s work, it’s a personalized experience that can only be done in
the chat, in real time, that’s why it’s so popular and demanded. There’s normal sexting, when
you charge 1 time at the beginning and send one by one the paid content, or dripping sexting,
when you charge for each photo or video and escalate the prices, for example:
… And so on. Remember, it’s a live experience, make the fan happy and he’ll be back for more!
