LEAVE POLICY

1. Employees are entitled to a 12-day leave of absence throughout their one-


year probationary period. Workers are entitled to 15 days of leave when the
probationary period is over.

2. During the first month, new employees are not permitted to take any leaves
of absence.

3. Employees must notify about their leave in advance.

4. Employees are limited to two CL applications each month. Complete the


leave application and have the relevant authorities to sign it. If an emergency
occurs, fill it out that day when you rejoin.

5. Employees must count any additional leave taken as LWP in full and final
settlement if they depart within a year.

6. Authority has right to choose whether leave has to be accepted or rejected


depending on staff availability and work pending in case of any unforeseen
situations.

7. Employees are entitled to a 12-day leave of absence, during which they must
be reachable in case any urgent work needs to be done.

8. Management has the right to take strict disciplinary action against any
employees who fail to report for more than 15 days.

WORK POLICY

Our dedication lies in upholding a work environment that is both professional and
encouraging, with the goal of fostering excellence in clinical practice, research,
and education. In order to maintain the seamless running of the institution and the
accomplishment of our objective, this work policy sets forth the expectations and
rules for Faculties.

1. It is expected of all instructors, staff, and students to behave with


professionalism, honesty, and respect for Management, Colleagues, Students
and Community Members.

2. Staff members should aim to arrive a few minutes early to allow time for
settling in, preparing for the day's tasks, and attending any necessary
briefings or meeting.

3. Staffs are expected to efficiently manage their time to make sure that things
are finished on time and deadlines are reached. Avoid pointless diversions
and time-wasting pursuits that could reduce output or cause tardiness.

4. Immediately inform your supervisor or designated point of contact if you


anticipate being late due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic delays
or personal emergencies.

5. Notify colleagues of any changes regarding the schedule that may affect
group tasks or meetings.

6. All technology-related operations must respect data privacy, intellectual


property rights, and security protocols.

7. To promote cooperation and teamwork, teachers, staff, and students are


encouraged to communicate in an open and courteous manner.

8. The organization's policies and procedures specify the necessary disciplinary


measures that may be taken in the event of persistent tardiness or non-
compliance with the punctuality policy. These measures may include written
or verbal warnings.

9. Recognize that on sometimes, flexibility can be required to meet personal


obligations or unanticipated events. Whenever possible, communicate any
issues or requests for schedule modifications with your supervisor
beforehand.

10. It is expected of all staffs to be aware of and abide by all applicable college
policies in addition to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

11. Disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment or


expulsion from the college may be imposed for breaking college policies.
