Am writing in respect of one Mr Benny Willimas(patient) in the above name hospital,

Mr Benny Willimas is suffering from an Aortic Rupture caused by a hard fell from
the Scaffold at work as he stated and explain to we and that afffect his chest.

From all text we made we confirm that a serious operation must be made on him, we
have tried our best in Diagnose his illness since he is a foreigner and don't have
the needed funds for us to start up an Instant Surgeon Operation on him, To be
honest with you Madam we can't do nothing more than Diagnosing the illness of which
we are not doing that anymore, we have read through his profile so we have no
reason whatsoever to be mean to him, but we are a private hospital and this is not
a charity organization, with all due respect madam for us to continue further
treatment for your husband we need an advance payment of 3,000EURO as the total
operation/Surgery will cost 10,000EUROS because we have to run CT-scanning of his
chest and a arteriography to identify the exact location and severity of the
aortic injury, as we also have to employ the services of a Thoracic Surgeon from
China by name Feng Yong who normaly handles all such cases in our hospital.

Find attach is a sample of CT-scanning of his chest, madam you have to do all you
can to ensure we get our advance and within 6working days time you pay up the
balance.
