This deed of compromise is being executed at Delhi
on this ____ September 2013 in continuation of earlier compromise deed dated 13-03-2013 in between Sh. Vishwadeep Kukreja S/o Sh. Mahinder Kukreja, R/o BM-14, 1st Floor, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-88 (hereinafter called 1st Party)
and
Smt. Sangeeta Jindal W/o Sh. Ajay Jindal and Sh.
Ajay Jindal S/o Sh. K.L. Jindal both R/o H.NO.81, Pocket-12, Sector-24, Rohini, Delhi (hereinafter called 2nd Party)
Whereas 2nd Party has lodged a FIR no.397/12
Under Section 420/467/468/471/120B I.P.C., P.S. K. N. KATJU MARG, DELHI in respect of property no.C- 2/145-146, G. Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi, and the parties have settled their all the dispute qua the above said FIR and property involved therein. In this respect a Compromised Deed has been executed in between the parties vide Compromised Deed Dated 13-03-2013 and in term of settlement a sum of Rs.13 Lacs has already been given to 2 nd Party by 1st Party out of total agreed amount of Rs.27 Lacs.
Whereas 1st Party has further paid a sum of
Rs.2 Lac out of balance amount to 2nd Party, which the 2nd party received at the time of singing the present deed and now the balance of Rs.12 Lacs shall be paid as under:
Rs. Two Lac shall be paid on or before 05-10-13
Rs. Five Lacs shall be paid on or before 05-11-13
And the balance amount of Rs. Five Lac shall be paid in the month of December 2013 at the time of quashing of above said FIR before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
That the 2nd Party shall not raise any objection or
hindrance of any nature at the time of granting anticipatory bail to the 1st Party before the court of law and 2nd party has no objection if the 1st party admitted on anticipatory bail in the above said FIR.
That both the parties to the present compromise
deed have signed the present deed of compromise with their free will and consent and without any undue pressure, force, coercion from either side on the day, month and year mentioned above in the presence of witnesses:

NO OBJECTION CUM MONEY RECEIPT
In terms and continuation of Compromise Deed dated
13-03-13 qua FIR no.397/12 U/S 420/467/468/471/120B I.P.C., P.S. K. N. KATJU MARG, DELHI, We, Smt. Sangeeta Jindal W/o Sh. Ajay Jindal and Sh. Ajay Jindal S/o Sh. K.L. Jindal both R/o H.NO.81, Pocket-12, Sector-24, Rohini, Delhi, have received part payment of a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lac Only) from Sh. Vishwadeep Kukreja S/o Sh. Mahinder Kukreja, R/o BM-14, 1st Floor, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi- 88 on today and now as on today the balance of Rs.13 Lac remained to be paid by Mr. Vishwadeep Kukreja.
We have no objection if Mr. Vishwadeep Kukreja
admitted on anticipatory bail in the above said FIR and we will not raise any hindrance to this effect before the court of law at the time of bail application.
