proposal for Rate Contract for the period 2023-24 with your esteemed institute as per the following terms and conditions.
1. Prices
Prices, as given in the Price List 2023-2024 shall be valid for one year from the date of acceptance of the proposal, provided
the US Dollar-Indian Rupee exchange rate and the current rates of customs/import duties do not vary by more than 5%.
2. Taxes
GST extra as applicable shall be borne by you.
3. Placing of Orders
Orders shall be placed directly to us:

4. Delivery Period
All attempts will be made by us to effect the supplies on priority in view of the Rate Contract. Supplies shall be made by me
within 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of your order. We shall not be responsible for delay or part supply or non supply of
any material which may be due to the circumstances beyond our control.
