II. THÔNG TIN MÔN HỌC
1. Mô tả môn học
Phương Pháp Nghiên Cứu Khoa Học là môn học bắt buộc dành cho các sinh viên Khoa
Ngoại Ngữ thuộc các chuyên ngành Giảng Dạy, Thương Mại và Biên Phiên Dịch. Môn học
nhằm giúp người học phát triển kiến thức và kỹ năng thực hiện nghiên cứu, viết học thuật và tư
duy phản biện. Người học có khả năng thực hiện một dự án nghiên cứu quy mô nhỏ sử dụng các

phiếu khảo sát và kỹ thuật phỏng vấn để thu thập dữ liệu, phân tích, thảo luận kết quả và trình
bày ý nghĩa thực tiễn của kết quả.
How to Do Research is a core course for students majoring in Teaching Methodologies,
Business English or Interpretation-Translation. This course aims to develop participants’
research knowledge and skills, academic writing and critical thinking skills. The students will
be able to carry out a small-scaled research project employing survey designs or interview
techniques to collect data and putting forward preliminary findings, discussion and implication.
