Respectfully,

Please allow me to express my deepest gratitude for the opportunities that have been given to me in the
company.

In connection with the proposal of training for Certification of Auditor that already open registration for
March 19, 2024 to May 09, 2024 with training fee amount IDR 9.000.000, and will be conducted on May
13th 2023- May 17th 2023 in Jakarta.

I hereby declare that I agree and comply conditions for payment of training by the company with the
provisions as follow:

① The benefit of training which involved CLA Training Certificate [Original] and Certified Legal Auditor
Card will be retained by the Company under supervision of GA&HR Department. Related employee
prohibited to use or take out the certificate and auditor card if resign within period 3 (three) years.
② If the related employee resign within period 3 (three) year after training and demand to take the
certificate and auditor card, related employee should return training costs in amount of IDR
9.000.000 to the company and will be confirmed on employee exit clearance by GA&HR Department
& Accounting Department.

In the spirit of ensuring the accreditation and validity of the audit works conducted by the company's
internal auditors, I hope that the company can proceed and approve this condition for the sake of quality
improvement on future.
