Taxes
Registration Charges As per the rules / laws prevailing at the time of registration.
a)Booking advance - 20% of total cost including Amenites which shall be paid in two installments as below:
(1) Booking Advance 10% - payable within 10 days from the date of Booking;
(2) Balance 10% Booking Advance - Payable within 45 days from the date of Booking.
b) Balance amount of 80% of the Unit Value payable as per work progress given in the Payment Schedule, separately attached along with the Booking Application Form.

c) Registration after receipt of 100% amount including Amenities, taxes and all other charges as applicable
d) We accept payments from purchasers by way of A/c Payee Cheques/DDs/Pay Orders to be drawn in favour of "APARNA INFRAHOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED".
e) Charges for realization of out station cheques will be charged to and shall be debited & recovered from the purchaser's account.
a) Cancellation of Booking attracts 10% cancellation charges on total cost of the apartment(Including Amenities) + TDS amount paid to the Government.
b) Refund of Advance paid shall be after finding an alternative buyer/customer for the said booking and such refund is subject to deduction of cancellation charges on
total cost of the apartment and the TDS amount paid to the Central Government.

c) Transfer of ownership to a third party before registration is not allowed until 90% of project sales are completed. If the purchaser intends to transfer the booking after
the sale of 90% of the project, the purchaser shall pay an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- towards transfer charges.
d) Other terms and conditions applicable as per the Booking Application form and Agreement of Sale.
