MTC Shall be as per EN 10204 3.2 Noted ,Inspection and testing shall be done as per approved
Pipe properties MTC shall be as per 3.1 standard. Please note that all QAP before dispatch the material at site

follow as per EN 10204 3.2.

Note: M/S ITD Cem has procure the material from M/S. TATA Steel certified distributor. M/S. Tube supplier has not enough to provide raw material test certificate, internal hydrotest
15 report, flattening test of coil, painting report etc therefore M/S. ITD Cem are requesting to M/S TEPL / Client kindly considered the lab test report certified by NABL. We have already provide all test
report such as mechanical and chemical and hydro test performed at site .
