Cybersecurity field is very interesting to me and its scope is also high in my country.

I had also studied

computer science in bachelors and masters degree program and I am also working as an IT professional.
So, this course is completely relevant to my previous study and current job. I enjoy working as an IT
professional and I have been giving network support to end users. I have also developed strong
problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills. I have also faced many issues related to
security and now I want to make a career in Cybersecurity. In Pakistan, Cybersecurity experts are also
greatly demanded for managing data and maintaining data security. I want to make a career in this field
and MSc Cyber Security Management is my proposed course.

My name is Muhammad Zeeshan and my date of birth is 23-12-1979. I am a Pakistani student and a
resident of Lahore. I passed my Secondary School certification exam in the year 1996 and higher
secondary school exam in the year1998. After that I studied bachelors of Computer Science in the year
1999 and it was completed in 2005. After that, I started working as an IT Executive in February 2006 and
worked there till December 2014. Then I joined Kitchen Cuisine Flight Catering Company in 2015 as an
Assistant IT manager and still working there. After working for many years, I felt that I need to upgrade
my education and learn new skills if I want to survive in the competitive job market of my country. I
believed I lack many important skills in the field of IT so I returned to my education and I took admission
in MCS in the year 2020 and it was completed in 2022. I studied masters to gain new skills and
knowledge in the field of IT but it was a theory based course. I couldn’t gain new skills rather I only
gained theoretical knowledge. I could not benefit from my masters course that I did in Pakistan so, I
believe that now I should study MSC Cyber security Management from the University of Law because
Cyber Security is the most interesting field for me.

I am a passionate student and believe that success depends on your learning. Acquiring higher
education has been my dream and due to this, I returned back to education in 2020 and I don’t want to
stop my learning here. I want to enter in the field of cyber security. I also have the knowledge of
programming and networking. During my job, I learned about different types of security issues. After
that, I developed interest in this cyber security. It will not only useful but also enjoyable field for me. I
want to study high quality program that employers should appreciate. Foreign education is very much
valued in Pakistan and international degree holders get many opportunities. So, I have chosen this
course because it will help me learn about the cyber crimes but also how to prevent them.

The course that I have chosen provides both theoretical knowledge and real-world practical skills that
will help me to step in the emerging field of cybersecurity. It is one-year MSc Cyber Security
Management course that helps business professionals to understand the core aspects of cyber security
in the present, rapidly-evolving, technological landscape. Through the study of this course, I will gain the
skills required to make a career in cyber security or data science management or any managerial
position where risk assessment and data analysis is very important. I have chosen this course because I
want to advance my career in the field of cyber security.

I will also develop strategic thinking skills and will learn managing resources, implementing solutions,
and communicate these to senior decision-makers for the strategic growth of a business. By studying
this course, I will learn to manage cyber security in an organization, managing firewall reconfiguration in
case of a cyber attack.

I have chosen this Cyber Security Management course because it includes a practical approach and I will
learn to apply theoretical concepts practically in real-world industry. This course has a strong focus on
employability and I will learn main cyber security strategies and its curriculum meets professional and
business development needs. After the course completion, I can work as a manager in a data-rich
environment. I can have a senior level career in the fields of data management and cyber security.

In Pakistan, the scope of cyber security is huge but cyber security experts are in shortage. I want to study
this Msc degree program in Cyber security Management to enter this field and learn about real-world
security challenges and find solutions to them. The course will equip me with specialist knowledge and
after my course completion; I will be able to work as cyber security manager/administrator in any IT
company. In future 10 ears, I can also start my own IT Company offering cyber security services.
