introduction

this is law that involves our right to own, use and dispose of property. Property can be real, personal,
tangible or purely conceptual. Property law enables ask to solve disputes between individuals
claiming ownership in a valuable interest. Scholars perceive a property as a bundle of rights to exploit
a particular economic advantage. It's usually resolved to common law maxim of “fast in time” And
public policy when crafting property rules.

The concept of property

The concept of property can be viewed in two major dimensions:

1. Bundle of sticks
