12.1 Replacing the Concave

12.1.1 Removing the Concave

(1) Remove the Cap Frame (2691).

(2) Remove the Top Cell (2101).

(3) Remove the Top Cell Liner (2241).

(4) Remove the Tightening Bolts (2171).

(5) Remove the Tightener (2161).

Remove the Cap Frame (2691) and remove the Top Cell (2101) from the Top Frame (2011). The Top
Cell can be easily removed by lifting it with a hoist and turning it counter-clockwise. Remove the Top Cell
Liner (2241), Tightening Bolts (2171) and Tightener (2161). Then, the Concave can be removed. Clean the
Top Cell and Threads of the Top Frame and apply high pressure lubricating grease to the threads
(SPACLUB EP812，MOLY EP2 Molybdenum Disulphide).
