Content Creator Job Profile

Content Creator role involves producing various content ranging from graphic, video and photographic visuals
for the Palm Moment’s social media platforms and other digital outlets. You will be working with the Palm
Moments digital team to evolve the brand’s online image with sleek, professional content. You will also be
responsible for researching new design directions for Palm Moments and conceptualizing how this connects to
the current brand aesthetic.
Freelance/Part-Time-Fixed Term Contract: 6 Month Period
Position: Entry Level

Job Duties and Responsibilities

● Produce weekly graphic content for Palm Moments digital platforms (IG, Facebook and Twitter)
● Create engaging and innovative graphics for social activations.
● Produce photo and video content from various Palm Moments events.
● Edit and refine content to fit the Palm Moments brand image and aesthetic.
● Liaise with Social Media Executive to coordinate social media calendar with graphic content.
● Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
● Use social media marketing tools such as Canva.
● Research and feedback new/trending design tools and practices to increase audience engagement

Job Qualifications and Requirements

● Degree in Graphic Design or Experience as a photography & videography assistant is preferred but
not necessary.
● Your own laptop / smartphone
● Knowledge on Canva, Wix & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Premier Pro etc.) and
other digital design tools.
● Experience creating high quality content compatible for digital and social media platforms.
● Familiarity with web design and publishing.
● Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
● Passionate and creative team player, shows initiative.
● Attention to detail and design.
● Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
● Extensive portfolio of previous work.
● Flexible work schedule.
