ABSTRACT

This internship report presents an overview of the internship experience at

QuanTech Origin in "Personality Development and Public Speaking." It
delineates the objectives, activities, and skills honed during the internship,

INTERNSHIP AIM

The Summer Internship Training program for the year 2024 (January) was
conducted by QuanTech Origin. This organization provided comprehensive
training aimed at enhancing participants' soft skills and offering insights into the
intricacies of placement processes and the expectations of hiring teams in various
companies.
Soft skills, comprising personal attributes and interpersonal abilities, play a
pivotal role in an individual's capacity to thrive in a collaborative work
environment. Recognizing their significance, the program focused on nurturing
these skills, crucial not only for professional success but also for effectively
navigating interactions in the external world and fostering harmonious
relationships with colleagues.
The training encompassed various facets of soft skill development, including
communication proficiency, learning agility, teamwork dynamics, and problem-
solving strategies. Additionally, it emphasized the cultivation of work ethics,
fostering positive interactions with colleagues, enhancing emotional intelligence,
