Transport and Logistics A/S & SDK A/S) from the same industry
announced a merger and consolidated into one large company, SDK

SDK FREJA is an integral part of the Danish privately owned USTC (United
Shipping & Trading Company) having expertise in oil & energy, shipping,
transportation & logistics, risk management and other related activities.
