ASSUMPTIONS

The SATISFY Sweet Co. has the end goal of making a return of
investment out of the resources it poured in making and introducing its
products. To ensure the realization of this goal, several strategies were
employed in the various stages of developing the products, up to the
marketing strategies and promotion, and even ensuring that the needs
and expectations of the specific target market are met.
Short-Term
1. Based on the cost of the ingredients for the Fudgycrinkle, as
well as other factors and the additional mark-up in the
resources or amount to produce the product, the target
number of pieces of the product will be sold at the identified
price;
2. To establish among the students of the University of the
East-Manila campus, the quality of the Fudgycrinkle;
3. To ensure the support of the market to the product by satisfy
their craving, particularly of sweet-tooth enthusiast, through
the unique quality and production of the product;
4. To promote the Fudgycrinkle among the University of the
East Manila Campus, through online platforms, such as the
Facebook, Instagram and X;
5. To sustain the interest of the market of the product,
promotional materials, such as brochures and flyers will be
utilized, to feature the uniqueness and quality of the product.

Long Term

1. The SATISFY SWEET CO. will establish its uniqueness and


its quality to ensure support and patronage of the market;

2. For the FUDGYCRINKLE DELIGHTS to continuously


uphold its quality excellence to ensure that the desires of
pastry connoisseurs will be gratified
3. To add possible features of the product, such as
improvement in the packaging and variation of flavors and
ingredients

4. To employ other marketing strategies such as adding


ordering options to expand the reach of the market (by use
of courier services and establishing food stalls for the
product);

5. To consider ordering options, such as offering the products


in boxes, or by several pieces, instead of ordering by single
piece.
