What happens if you want to close the
DMS?
The DCirrus Compliance Archive DVD/USB

Once the transaction is completed, the DMS is closed and following process is
followed -

There are two options once the DMS is closed -

1. Archive the data at a very minimal cost or
2. We'll send a USB drive or a generated link with the archive that contains a full
deal audit trail: user activity, document access logs, reports, document version
histories, as well as all the files in the DMS.
3. We'll send a purging certificate stating the deal is closed and therefore we don't
hold any of the data.
