INSPECTION SUMMARY
On November 25, 2023, the inspector inspected the steel plate in the warehouse of Liuhe District, Nanjing City,
Jiangsu Province and Shanghai Luojing Wharf, and the results were as follows:

1- Product quantity confirmation: the steel plate is mixed with each other, the accurate quantity cannot be
confirmed. Only the top of the plate can be inspected not 100% due to the equipment limit. Result: Pending.

2- Product visual confirmation: Products are stacked, the inspection can not confirm the appearance of the steel
plate according to the proportion, only the appearance of the first steel plate on the top layer. No defect such as
Cracks, notches and sharp bottom imperfections was found. The result is acceptable.

3- On November 22, two 5*2400*9425mm steel plates were found in the port of Shanghai, which were damaged
by side lifting (Revised plate No.23308908050204/23308908020305). Two steel plates of this specification have
been reconfirmed in NISCO and sent to Shanghai Port for replacement later. No defect such as Cracks, notches
and sharp bottom imperfections was found. The result is acceptable.

4- Dimension inspection confirmation: Check the size of 6x2400x9425 & 12x2300x9425 & 20x2400x9425
&10*2400*9425 &5*2400*9425 steel plate, which meets the requirements.

5- Marking inspection confirmation: The inspection confirms the inkjet code and side code of the product, and the
criteria are correct and acceptable.

6- Packing inspection confirmation: Different number of steel plates are bound with steel belts (different
thickness steel plates, the number of bound steel plates is different), stacked together, and covered by rain cloth.

7- Document review confirmation: At present, Nangang replaces two pcs 5*2400*9425mm steel plates. The
quality certificate needs to be resubmitted and reviewed. As of after work on November 25th, 2023. The above
information has not yet been submitted. Nangang reply quality certificate after finishing as soon as possible to
submit for review.

Update: The MTC been revised and reviewed on NOV.27. -Acceptable.

Note: The two new plates number is the same as the old number.

2. Visual inspection
2.1、Products are stacked, the inspection can not confirm the appearance of the steel plate according to the
proportion, only the appearance of the first steel plate on the top layer(Five steel plates in total).No defect such as
Cracks, notches and sharp bottom imperfections was found. The result is acceptable.

2.2、On November 22, two 5*2400*9425mm steel plates were found in the port of Shanghai, which were damaged
by side lifting (Revised plate No.23308908050204/23308908020305). Two steel plates of this specification have
been reconfirmed in Nangang and sent to Shanghai Port for replacement later. No defect such as Cracks, notches
and sharp bottom imperfections was found. The result is acceptable.

The surveyor confirmed that the validity date of the measuring tool is within the validity period and meets the
measurement requirements.

4. Marking inspection
Iinspector checked the plate number and side label of the steel plate, checked the plate number of 7 pieces and the
side label of part of the steel plate, the printing was clear, and the result met the requirements.

5. Packing inspection
Five to ten sheets of steel are stacked with steel straps, stacked together, and covered with a rain cloth to keep rain
water in.

6、Document review
At present, Due to lifting damage. NISCO replaces two pcs 5*2400*9425mm steel plates. The quality certificate
needs to be resubmitted and reviewed. As of after work on November 25th, 2023. The above information has not
yet been submitted. Nangang reply quality certificate after finishing as soon as possible to submit for review. Result:
Pending.
