How to be MORE productive

Hey laura mcgrath,

Welcome to our brand new study series, where we break down popular study techniques
every week until your Junior Cert exams!

Today we're focusing on the Pomodoro Technique, which enhances focus and productivity
by breaking work into short, timed intervals followed by short breaks.

How to use Pomodoro

Choose a Task: Start by selecting a task or set of tasks you wish to accomplish.

Set a Timer for 25 Minutes: Work on your task uninterrupted for 25 minutes. This
period is known as one "Pomodoro."

Take a Short Break: Once the timer goes off, take a short break (5 minutes). This
helps to clear your mind and prepare for the next session.

Repeat and Take Longer Breaks: After four Pomodoros, take a longer break
(15-30 minutes). This helps to avoid burnout and keeps your mind fresh for learning.
