SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

7.1 SUMMARY
The topic of designing and implementing an account system for a student union government involves
creating a user-friendly interface and ensuring secure authentication methods. It includes features like
registration, login, password reset, and member profile management. However, limitations such as
resource constraints, user adoption challenges, and security vulnerabilities should be considered.
Despite these limitations, a well-designed account system can enhance efficiency and communication
within the student union government.
7.2 CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the design and implementation of an account system for a student union government is
crucial for efficient management and communication within the organization. While there may be
limitations such as resource constraints, user adoption challenges, and security vulnerabilities, these
can be overcome with careful planning, technical expertise, and a focus on user experience. By
prioritizing user privacy, scalability, and compliance with regulations, a well-designed account system
can greatly enhance the functioning of a student union government.
7.3 RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that any researcher willing to look into the implementation of an account system for
student union government must ensure a user-friendly experience, implement strong security
measures, provide training and support, regularly update the system, and encourage user engagement.
