Hotcake'z - Where Sizzling Flavors and Zesty Zing Come Together! Why did we choose the
name "Hotcake'z" for our business? It's simple because it perfectly captures the essence of what
we do and the experience we offer. Hotcakes, also known as pancakes, are a beloved breakfast
staple that brings people together. They symbolize warmth, comfort, and the joy of indulgence. At
Hotcake'z, we take this classic treat and elevate it to new heights, infusing it with our unique twist
and a burst of flavor that will leave you craving for more.

The letter 'z' in our name adds a touch of zest and excitement, reflecting our commitment to
innovation and pushing the boundaries of taste. We're not just about ordinary pancakes; we're

LOCATION OF THE PROJECT


The proposed project is situated at San Joaquin, Palo, Leyte This project also takes place right
here in San Joaquin National High School and near the highway. The target audience
encompasses both the students of the school and the individuals who pass by the planned
location

Offering this project at the school aims to capture the attention of students by providing them with
something enjoyable and convenient. At the same time, being near the highway helps the project
attract the interest of commuters and other community members. It is located near the school and
near the highway to be enjoyed by everyone, young and old.

LONG RANGE OBJECTIVES

Our hotcake business aims to establish itself as the go-to brand for healthy and flavorful
hotcakes in our school. We plan to achieve this by focusing on using organic and locally sourced
ingredients. By pursuing these objectives, we aim to become the preferred choice for customers
seeking delicious and nutritious bread rolls Long-range objectives of the proposed project are
formulated as follows.

VIABILITY

In every business, we should always think about the needs of terms in our business and it is a
market demand, competitive advantage, financial stability, operational efficiency, and lastly
sustainable business model. These factors can be used as guidelines when we conduct a viability
analysis for our business. It's always a good idea to conduct such an analysis before starting a
new business or making major changes to an existing one.

MODE OF FINANCING

The capital requirement of the proposed project for it to be materialized including the
operational expenses is Php 800. The said amount as the beginning capital will be derived from
the business groups. As they agreed, business groups have equal shares of capital investment,
and the profits and the losses will be divided according to their shares.
SOCIO-ECONOMIC
The proposed project will contribute greatly to the socio-economy of the municipality of Palo
Leyte. The different taxes, like business income property and documentary levied by the paid to
the local government Palo, will help raise their income. This proposed project will also open
employment opportunities to less privileged residents of Palo who will be given priority. Those who
will be hired by the project will given the chance to uplift the standard of living as they will be
enjoying the monthly minimum wage. Therefore, this project will not only on the creation of new
ventures but will also ensure job creation.

Types of organization
"Hotcake'z is a type of organization that falls under the category of a food service business. It
can be classified as a restaurant or a bakery. Hotcake'z specializes in serving delicious hotcakes,
offering a variety of flavors and toppings to cater to different preferences. The business may also
provide other breakfast items, such as pancakes, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches. Hotcake'z
aims to provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for customers to enjoy their meals, either dine-
in or take-out. The organization focuses on delivering high-quality food, excellent customer
service, and a pleasant dining experience to its patrons.
