Dear Sir/Madam:

My name is AUNG KO HEIN bearer of passport no. (MF394104), This purpose of this
explanation letter is for the requirement for visa process. POBITRA A THAW THA TUN, bearer
of passport no. (MD245148) who is inviting me to Japan, and we have been dating since 2015 and
our parents already give us their blessing so we had planned our wedding in 2019 but due to various
reason we had to cancel and postpone for later. Now we would like to get married under Japan’s
regulation and visit Japan after that.
I would like to request my visa approval for 90 days because we haven’t seen each other
for almost 3 years and spend time with her more. We would be very appreciated if I can get tour
visa for the period. I am currently working at a hospital as a Business Development Manager and
I have already taken long leave for our marriage. As for my fiancée, she just got her new job so
only I can go there for our marriage.
I will fully take responsible for the travel expenses other require payments and provide
any necessary documents required. I kindly request you to grant me visa for 90 days. Thank you
very much for your consideration and I am really hopping a good answer.
