Customer ordered goods for his child who had a birtday. Unfortunatly, it was lost. Customer was very angry
and insulted Abdijabbor. He listened customer very carefully, tried to calm him down.

He suggested the same goods for free of charge for express delivery and additinally gave him a voucher.
Customer was happy after all of his help.
