with improved teacher training and development

Teachers are supported during the course by expert


instructors – these are experienced Panamanian
teachers who have successfully completed the
Cambridge English Train the Trainer course, an
internationally renowned course designed to
develop the skills required to plan and deliver
teacher training programmes.

In 2018, findings from an impact study performed


by Cambridge English showed that the project was
received positively by teachers and trainers, and
was seen as an important professional development

of confidence in their teaching abilities, and increased
levels of engagement and motivation among learners.
