Human Body

The Human body is a really complex structure which is reliant on sleeping.

Without getting quality sleep, the body can fail and the consequences can
influence our lives. The more you sleep, the more you will be better at your job.
Studies show that after waking up, between 9am-12pm our short term memory
is at it's finest. Sleeping is also that part of the day when the body can focus on
itself. The main work of weigh gaining and losing is done during sleeping. But
even with enough sleeping, people can feel tired, can feel like they didn't get
enough sleeping. This can be the result of using tv or other devices right before
sleeping, because the blue light they project is alerting to us.
An other important thing in our life which affects our health is exercising, which
is especially important in teenager years, to build out a need and desire for
sports. In reality though, teenagers don't really care about health and sports.
Speaking from my experience, people tend to forget about their health until it's
too late or until they feel the first signs of unhealthy lifestyle. Doing exercises is
not attractive to younger people, because they feel like they don't need to do
exercises to be healthy. They are healthy without it, because they are young.
This is a misconception, and while the human body is at it's peek under the age
of 20, our health is the most sensitive at that time and can define our future. A
good way to make sport activities more attractive to teenagers is to, instead of
PE, they make a sport activity mandatory. Thus, everyone could find an activity
which they enjoy and also which makes their health better.
In the future, it's likely that our skull will be getting bigger overtime because
our brain grows now as well. People are working on to land on the Mars, so
people will probably be living on other planets which can make our nostrils
larger to cope with less oxygen. As an other results, our eyelids will have
become thicker to defend the eye against radiation
