hereby state on solemn affirmation as under.

(1) I/We state that, I/We RAJESH LALJIBHAI SUTARIA & KIRAN R
SUTARIYA am/ are taking a loan from Mahindra & Mahindra Financial
Services Ltd against my/our property situated at P-403, SHYAMAL VIHAR,
NR BHANU HILLS, CHHARWADA, VAPI, CHHIRI, VALSAD, GUJARAT-
396191 the address for our personal / Business needs.

(2) I/We hereby authorise Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd to make a
Direct payment & foreclose our earlier loan a/c with LOAN AC NO. 305/13164
& depute its Employee / Officers to Collect the original property papers of the
property situated at BANDHAN BANK LTD on our behalf.

(3) I/We, further declare that, we will not collect the property papers from the earlier
lender & only authorised representative of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial
Services Limited, Surat Branch, will collect the property papers on my/our behalf.
