REFLECTION
Embarking on the journey of planning Garden Café has been an enriching experience for
our team, filled with significant learning and valuable insights. Through meticulous research and
analysis, we even argue how, what, where to start in the beginning to be honest it made us all gain
a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in establishing a successful food business, from
identifying target markets to crafting compelling promotional strategies. Collaborative
brainstorming sessions allowed us to leverage diverse perspectives and creative ideas, resulting
in a comprehensive business plan that reflects our shared vision and aspirations. The process of
outlining equipment needs, sourcing suppliers, and estimating financial requirements highlighted
the importance of attention to detail and strategic foresight in mitigating risks and maximizing
opportunities in creating this business plan called “GARDEN CAFÉ”. We’ve learned a lot about
what it takes to start a restaurant, like figuring out who our customers are and how to reach them.
We really had to think carefully about what equipment we need in the kitchen and where to get our
ingredients. Planning also showed us how much money is need to get started and how much we
could make in a weak cause we really didn’t have enough day since our exam and graduation is
right around the corner. Overall, the planning phase not only equipped us with practical knowledge
and skills but also instilled confidence in our ability to navigate the complexities of
entrepreneurship and bring Garden Café to life.
