Necessaries Supplied to Minor/Unsound mind Money Paid by Interested Party Non-Gratuitous Act

Amount can be recovered if:
If necessities of life
Supplied to minor/unsound mind, or dependent.
Reasonable Price can be recovered.
From Property of minor/unsound mind.
Amount can be recovered if: Amount can be recovered if:
Interested party paid. Act (goods/services) is Non-gratuitous.
Legal obligation of other party. Act is lawful.
To protect interested party’s own interest. Other party enjoyed the benefit.

Finder of Goods Goods/Money Delivered by Mistake or Coercion
