maximum pressure of the system is adjusted by the relief valve by adjusting the handwheel: the

clockwise rotating pressure increases and the counterclockwise rotating pressure decreases.

3) The one-way throttle valve is installed on the side of the manifold block to adjust the opening

pressure and speed of the hydraulic control one-way valve.

4) The solenoid reversing valve consists of four parts, which control the vanbody lifting/lowering,

stabilizer extension/retraction, left/right and forward/backward movement of the flexible platform.

5) One-way valves make oil flow in only one direction.

6) Two-way hydraulic lock is installed beside each stabilizer to ensure that the stabilizer is

reliably locked in the position where it is retracted or extended.

7) Flow valve uses a one-way throttle valve to adjust the speed of the vanbody's lowering.

Clockwise rotation makes the lowering speed fast, and counterclockwise rotation makes the

lowering speed slow.

5.9.3. Actuator

1) Hydraulic actuator consists of lifting cylinder and stabilizer cylinder and platform cylinder.

2) The platform cylinder adopts two double-acting cylinders, and the hydraulic system controls

the movement of the platform cylinder from left to right, front to back, and the expansion and

retraction of the platform cylinder.

3) The lifting cylinder of the van body adopts two single-stage action plunger cylinders. The lower

supporting shaft of the cylinder is fixed on the chassis, and the upper supporting shaft is fixed on

the inner scissor rack. The lifting structure is in the form of the top scissor rack of the beam, and

the top of the cylinder is equipped with an exhaust valve.

4) Stabilizer cylinder adopts four double-acting piston cylinders, which are installed at four

fulcrums of the frame.

5.9.4. Auxiliary mechanism

1) Auxiliary mechanism includes oil tank, filter, level gauge, pressure gauge and hydraulic pipe.

5.9.5. Working medium

The working medium adopts ground antiwear hydraulic oil, and the
oil stored in the oil tank when
the whole vehicle is shipped from the factory is the above recomm
ended oil, and it should be
completely replaced when other grades of oil are used as the workin
g medium .
