Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to celebrity talk show, tonight we have a truly
electrifying segment for you. We are about to delve into the life and legacy of someone who changed the
world and history with his brilliance and innovation. We are talking about the one and only Nikola Tesla.

Tesla early life

His early life was different from any normal kid. His childhood was very harsh and difficult, he had a
difficult relationship with his parents due to the lose of his eldest brother at very young age. He also
suffered from a serious illness at age of 12

Career

But that didn’t stop him from studying and starting his career. In 1881 at age of 25, his career took off in
Budapest at a telephone exchange company and then moved to Paris and worked under Tomas Addison.
In 1884 he immigrated to the USA and founded his own company called Tesla Electric light and
manufacture

Inventions

United States was the changing point for tesla after his arrival he began to shine and his inventions came
one after one. He had lots of invention such as Tesla Coil devices that are used in modern radio
technology, on medical side he did lot of experiments on X-ray Technology now they are considered as
an important medical tools, hydroelectric power he worked in field and conducted lots of researches and
now many regions rely on it. Tesla had war with Edisson called “war of currets”, where tesla invented
alterting current (AC) system and Edison invented the direct current (DC) system, in the end AC won on
DC by other means Tesla defeated Edisson

Achievements

Nikola Tesla had won several awards such as Order of the Yugoslav Crown, IEEE Edison Medal in 1916,
John Scott Legacy Medal and Premium in 1934
