Subject: Quotation for Mechanical and Civil installation work of 1.5 Megawatts (1,500,000 watts) at UET
Taxila.

Dear Fareedon Sb,

Hope you are doing well. First of all thank you so much for trusting Trosek Engineering and Technical Services for the
provision of mechanical installation services, along with required civil work, for your project 1.5 Megawatts solar
system at University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Taxila. Trosek Engineering Pakistan is the regional office of
Trosek Engineering LLC UAE. In Pakistan currently we are in installation phase of 4.5 Megawatts On grid solar system
with Al Ghurair Giga Pakistan for their commercial malls and residential buildings. Also we have installed different
commercial projects in KP and Punjab.

We have proper team of expert engineers, technicians and labor and all the necessary tools and equipment. We are
not just the installers but also we have on hand technical experience of project designing and even O&M. We can
provide services from initial survey to design, procurement, installation and even O&M.

As per our discussion in our last meeting, we are pleased to submit our quotation of the provision of Mechanical and
civil work services for the said project.

The quoted rate per watt for the services mentioned above is Rs. 1.5/- per watt.

The terms and conditions for the said project are as;
 Tsk Engineering will place all the panels at the roof top of their respective individual buildings.
 Tsk Engineering will provide structure material of every individual building at their ground floor and Trosek
Engineering team will take it to the roof top.
 Tsk Engineering will provide all the required material on time and without delay.
 Tsk Engineering will give proper design book /scope of work design to the Trosek Engineering team and
deploy one technical person for correspondence.
 Trosek engineering will deploy 2 teams of 6 persons each (total 12 persons) along with mechanical engineer.
 If required, Trosek Engineering can deploy further teams to expedite the work.
 Trosek engineering will provide all the necessary tools to the staff for project execution.
 The project timeline will be set with mutual consent and understanding.

Mode of Payment:
 Payment of invoice to Trosek Engineering will be after completion of every individual building structure
(Mechanical & Civil work)
