● Gather information from all aspects of the situation for use in making appropriate

decisions about the management of the scenario

● Assess the situation

● Stay in contact with AEC Board Members working with the situation

Framework
1. Alert stakeholders - Contact AEC board members
2. Assess the situation - What is happening? Why? What are possible solutions?

3. Send out a representative to meet with a restaurant manager - Set up a meeting to

discuss the situation and find a possible solution.


4. Monitor the situation - Keep tabs on the restaurant and any signs of struggle.

5. Discuss results - After the partnership is resolved or canceled, review the

communication process, make any changes necessary.
